This is a practical approach to coordination that treats each limb differently dependent upon their function/role. This will make your practice more efficient/effective and ultimately more translatable/applicable to musical situations. It is a multi dimensional approach to practicing coordination so that you can work on other important aspects of your playing while still improving coordination. For example it will not only expound your knowledge and recognition of patterns but it will develop your left hand in a more comprehensive way. Over the years, these patterns and exercises have become the main pillar of my coordination work because of their effectiveness and challenging nature. I recommend this lesson for intermediate and advanced players or the occasional beginner that likes to push themselves to the brink of insanity:) Enjoy!
